Authentic Los Angeles Food Spots

Coni’s Seafood

Every dish at Coni’s Seafood in Inglewood delivers. What started as a humble restaurant in the backyard of the Cossio family has now become an award-winning institution without losing touch to the home. Start with the nayarit method ceviche, spiced and paired with the best net tortilla chips. Pesca zarandeado – a grid snake integrated with lemon and onion – this is legendary in town.

Angelini Osteria

The family-run Angelini Osteria has been a warm place in Los Angeles for over 15 years. Chef Gino Angelini grew up in Lasagna Verde, a grandmother in northern Italy, and brought star meals to the west. Not to be missed, a salt-coated bino (Wolfgang Puck called one of the best things he has ever eaten) and includes Angelini Alimentari, a café where desert janitors can buy gelato and a chef’s Angelini can buy delicious pasta sauces.

SOFITEL LOS ANGELES AT BEVERLY HILLS

On the fringes of the full Rodeo Drive glitz, Sofitel lives in Los Angeles. Dine at Estérel, a French restaurant and lounge, the favorite of these 295-room celebrities. After an aperitif in the garden of Le Jardin, modeled after a French hut, eat with the chef Peter Manfredis tuna puttanesca’s simple but hearty pancakes or tomato, burrata and caramelized onions.

The Factory Kitchen

A moment in downtown Los Angeles, a ghost town where office buildings once rose, is located in the restaurant scene. The Trattoria Factory Art District Kitchen The Mandilli di Seta is one of the best in the region offering Northern Italian dishes, such as thin, silky layered pasta filled with Ligurian pesto filled with basil and almond and thin, silky pasta layers like a hot focaccia filled with cheese.

Barbara Jean LA

At Barbara Jean LA, chef Jason Fullilove’s hidden gem, “globally inspired soul food”, is served in a former outdoor bar area behind an alley on Melrose Ave. Medan dishes such as hush puppies with truffle honey should not be missed, it is the organic wheat blueberry pancakes that are a brunch lover’s dream-a little sharp on the edges and a perfect blend of sweet and tasty.
